Birthpools uses the best carriers in the industry to ensure your order arrives on time. Please note that we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Birthpools works hard to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, but items that are more popular may have longer delivery times.
Sometimes we confirm shipping and delivery times only to be told that we can’t fulfil the order due to low product availability. In these rare cases, we will notify you by e-mail of the new shipping and delivery times.

Shopping in Europe
Goods purchased online from Birthpools are shipped within Europe (excluding the UK). No deliveries can be made to PO Box addresses or addresses outside Europe. You may not export products purchased online from Birthpools.
