The following terms of purchase apply when using the website www.forlossningspool.se.
Forlossningspool.se is operated by AJL Birth Products AB with organization number 559419-7260 and is the supplier of all goods ordered through the website.
Definitions
1.1 “Agreement” refers to these terms of purchase.
1.2 “Order” means any order placed by the Customer on the website.
1.3 “Customer” refers to the individual who orders products on the website.
1.4 “Product(s)” means the products offered for sale on the website and delivered by forlossningspool.se.
1.5 “Website” means forlossningspool.se’s website www.forlossningspool.se.
Confirmation
2.1 To enable the purchase of products on the website, the Customer must accept all terms of this agreement and provide the required information at checkout to complete a purchase.
2.2 The Customer accepts the terms of purchase by providing information at checkout when making a purchase.
2.3 An individual may not purchase products on the website nor accept the terms of purchase if (a) the individual is not 18 years old and therefore cannot enter into a binding agreement with forlossningspool.se, or (b) the individual is prohibited from receiving products or using the website under the laws of the country in which the Customer resides or from which they use the website.
2.4 In addition to this agreement, the Customer is bound by the general terms set forth in the Privacy Policy.
Data Security
3.1 Forlossningspool.se is committed to protecting the Customer’s personal privacy and has high security requirements to prevent unauthorized access. In connection with using the website for ordering products, the Customer may be asked to provide certain information about themselves, such as name, username, email address, phone number, postal address, etc. Such information about the Customer is private and confidential. Forlossningspool.se will not disclose such information to unauthorized parties. However, forlossningspool.se may disclose information to authorities if there is a suspicion of a crime or if otherwise prescribed by law.
3.2 Forlossningspool.se processes the individuals provided by the Customer in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Forlossningspool.se will process individuals for the following purposes:
a) for the provision of products and the administration of orders,
b) for quality work, analysis, and development of products,
c) for marketing directed at the Customer or for offers to the Customer related to forlossningspool.se’s products, or products and services provided or marketed by forlossningspool.se’s partners,
d) for publishing statistics about the products,
e) for fulfilling obligations under law or governmental decision.
3.3 Forlossningspool.se is the legal entity that is responsible for the Customer’s personal data. The Customer has the right, upon written request to forlossningspool.se, to obtain information about which individuals about the Customer forlossningspool.se stores and processes.
The Customer also has the right to request that incorrect information is corrected, blocked, or deleted. The Customer can further, at any time, notify in writing that they do not wish to receive direct marketing in the form of advertisements.
Use of Cookies
4.1 Forlossningspool.se uses “cookies” to optimize the website’s functionality and to adapt it to the Customer’s preferences. A cookie is a text file that is either temporarily placed on the Customer’s data memory (a “temporary cookie”) or is placed on the Customer’s hard drive (a “persistent cookie”) through a web server. Cookies are not used to run programs or spread viruses to the computer.
4.2 The purpose of a cookie is to inform a web server that you have returned to a specific page. When the Customer returns to the website, cookies enable forlossningspool.se to retrieve information that the Customer previously provided, so that the Customer can easily use the features they have customized.
Order & Order Confirmation
5.1 All purchases under this Agreement shall be referred to as an “Order.” An Order is only accepted in accordance with these terms of purchase.
5.2 The Customer places an Order on the website by adding the Product(s) to the “Shopping Cart” and then selecting a payment method. The Customer must also fill in personal and delivery information and choose a shipping method. To confirm the purchase, the customer must accept the terms of purchase and click the “Complete Purchase” button.
5.3 When the Order is completed, the Customer will receive an “Order Confirmation” via email. Please check the spam folder if the order confirmation is not received. The order confirmation contains all information about the Product(s), price(s) of the product(s) including VAT (for delivery within the EU) and other charges, delivery date, shipping costs, payment terms, information about the Customer’s right of withdrawal (as stated in section 14 below), warranties, and other services provided by forlossningspool.se, as well as conditions for cancellation of the Order.
For shipments outside the EU, the order confirmation does not include local charges or customs duties. These costs must be paid by the customer to the local authorities.
Delivery
6.1 Products are normally shipped within 2 business days, unless otherwise agreed or stated in the Order Confirmation, and are delivered to the Customer with trackable shipment (“Delivery”). Forlossningspool.se reserves the right to adjust the delivery time.
6.2 For deliveries outside Sweden and Denmark, we ask the Customer to place and order to order@forlossningspool.se.
6.3 The risk for the product transfers to the customer once delivery has been completed in accordance with section 6.1 above.
Delay
7.1 A delay on the part of forlossningspool.se occurs if the Product(s) are not delivered on time, and the delays are not due to the Customer or other reasons for which the Customer is not responsible, or in the case of force majeure.
7.2 If the delay is of material significance, the Customer has the right to cancel the Order and request a refund of the amount charged to the card.
Liability for Defects
8.1 A Product is considered defective if the product deviates from what is stated in the Order or in any other respect deviates from the Customer’s justified expectations based on the information provided by forlossningspool.se.
8.2 The product shall also be considered defective if forlossningspool.se failed to inform the Customer before the sale about a matter concerning the properties or use of the product that forlossningspool.se knew or ought to have known and about which the Customer could reasonably expect to be informed, provided that such omission is presumed to have influenced the purchase.
8.3 If a product is defective, the Customer has the right to request repair, replacement, a price reduction, or compensation to rectify the defect. If the defect is of material significance to the Customer, they have the right to cancel the purchase.
8.4 Forlossningspool.se primarily has the right to offer repair or replacement if this can be done within a reasonable time and without any additional cost to the Customer.
8.5 Forlossningspool.se is only liable for original defects, which means that the defect existed before the time when the Product was purchased or delivered. Within a period of six (6) months, the defective product is presumed to have an original defect that must be rectified by forlossningspool.se at no cost to the customer, unless forlossningspool.se can prove that the defect did not exist at the time of purchase. After this six-month period, the Customer must prove that the product was defective at the time of delivery.
