Forlossningspool.se wants you to be satisfied with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we are here to assist you.

Return and Refund Policy for Purchases

This return policy applies only to the purchase of products and not to the rental of birthing pools. See the rental policy below for details.

1. Right of Withdrawal (within 14 days):
   You have the right to return an item within 14 calendar days from the date you received it to receive a full refund of the product’s price.
   Shipping costs are not included in the refund for returns due to withdrawal, and you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping.

2. Damaged or defective product:
   If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover all shipping costs, including both the return and a replacement item.
   You have up to 1 year from the date of receipt to report a defective product.

Important Information

• The item must be unused and in its original condition, including packaging, to be eligible for a return.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the return.

Rental Policy for Birthing Pools

This policy applies only to the rental of birthing pools from forlossningspool.se.

1. Cancellation of the rental agreement before delivery:

• The customer has the right to cancel the rental agreement at no cost, provided the product has not yet left forlossningspool.se’s warehouse for delivery.
• If cancellation occurs after the product has left the warehouse, no refund will be given.

Important Information

• Returned items must be properly packaged and include all accessories, such as cables, adapters, and documentation.
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the return.

Exceptions to Returns

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened sealed products (due to hygiene protocols).
• Water pumps, filters, faucet adapters, anti-slip mats, and mirrors.

Refunds

• For purchases: Refunds are processed as soon as we have received and inspected the item.
• For rentals: If a cancellation occurs before the product leaves the warehouse, the refund will be processed immediately after your request.

Refund Processing Time

• For payments made with a credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card’s issuing bank within five business days after receiving the returned item or cancellation request.
